New Online Banking Asking for Secure Code Every Time You Login

If you are asked to get a Secure Access Code every time you login to our new online banking system and you are registering your computer each time, most likely your browser is not storing the registration cookie placed in your browser by the new online banking system. Follow the directions below to set your browser to accept the registration cookie and store it - directions are listed for each major browser - Internet Explorer (IE), Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.
Internet Explorer (IE)
Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and then select Internet Options from the drop-down menu that appears.
Check to make sure that the Delete browsing history on exit checkbox is NOT checked. Then click on the Privacy tab.
Click on the Sites button.
Type https://onlinebanking.thecitizensbankphila.com into the Address of website: box and click the Allow button. This will set the online banking site as a site that is allowed to store cookies in the IE browser.
Make sure that thecitizensbankphila.com is shown in the Managed websites: box and that its setting is Always Allow and then click the OK button.
Firefox
Click on the Firefox Drop-down menu in the upper left corner of the browser screen and then click on Options in the menu.
Click on Privacy and then make sure that the Tracking section is set to Do not tell sites anything about my tracking preferences. Lastly, make sure the History section is set to Remember history.
Chrome
Click on the Three stacked lines in the upper right corner of the browser screen to show the drop-down menu. Select Settings from this menu.
Click Show advanced settings...
Click on the Content settings button under the Privacy section.
Click on Allow local data to be set (recommended) under the Cookies section. Make sure that Keep local data only until I quit my browser is NOT selected. Make sure that Block sites from setting any data is NOT selected. Make sure Block third-part cookies and site data is NOT checked.
Safari
Click on the Safari Menu Item in the upper left corner of the browser window and then select Preferences from the drop-down menu.
Click on the Privacy tab and select Never for the Block cookies and other website data:.
