Problems Accessing Bill Pay with Safari Browser

If you access Bill Payment on the new online banking website with Safari and your screen looks like this:


You need to set your Safari browser to allow cookies. Click on the Safari menu item in the upper left corner and then click on Preferences.

Then click on Privacy and Make Sure "Block cookies and other website data:" is set to "Never"


You can then click Return to Online Banking and when you select Bill Payment from the Q2 menu on the left, you will now see the Bill Payment screen.
